Diziness: with a blood pressure of 100 /70 that occurs upon standing with an associated rise in heart rate or drop in BP (orthostatic hypotension) May imply volume depletion, the presence of peripheral (autonomic) neuropathy. There are many causes for dizziness (feeling light headed or off balance.) Check for anemia, thyroid issues, Low B12, anxiety, heart rhythm disturbances, etc (see the doctor)
