Do not believe dizziness is related to her blood pressure. A full evaluation is required to investigate the cause of the falls and the dizziness. Examination while she is symptomatic may help with regard to the rhythm and the blood pressure during episodes of dizziness. If an arrhythmia is suggested, she needs a Holter monitor Given the non-specific nature of symptoms she may need neuro evaluatio

Agree blood pressure is NOT cause. Need to assess for anemia, dehydration, gait imbalance due to stroke or TIA, vitamin B-12 deficiency, cardiac arrhythmia, hypothyroidism, and the metabolic disorders. Have your doctor fully evaluate all of this.
