Antibiotics?: Fever alone should not be an indication to take antibiotics without a specific causative diagnosis. If you feel uncomfortable with the fever, a mild agent like acetaminophen or NSAIDS might make you feel better. If you have fever as high as you say it might be better to be seen by a doctor since do not know other symptoms you have and this is no place for a diagnosis. You need to be seen. Best.
