Cymbalta (duloxetine). if i miss a dose, i will experience brain shakes, high fever, and severe dizziness. how can i get off this medication?

Titrate: Cymbalta (duloxetine) is know to have the effects you mention. The best way to discontinue the medication is to slowly take less and less. Another possibility is to start on another medication. Talk to your doctor about your choices.
