Ovulation: I assume that you are needing this fertility medications because you do not ovulate consistently. If you are not ovulating then one does not expect to have regular predictable menstrual cycles therefore it is not possible to predict when the next cycle will come. The next step is to contact the fertility specialist and begin planning the next treatment cycle.
