No: The oroblem is that it is not due to an infectious agent and one can have hypo or hyperthyroidism for which a vaccine is not likely to work.

No: Vaccines are largely for infectious diseases where forming an antibody in one's body can be protective. It may be confusing terminology in that some thyroid diseases involve "auto"antibodies, where one develops a reaction against one's own tissue. In this situation you would not be trying to stimulate antibody production as one does in measles, chicken pox, other communicable diseases.
