Fluid: This time of year, symptoms like this are often caused by mucous from allergies. It drains from the nose into the ears, causing hearing loss and a full feeling in the ears. Try a decongestant. It might clear out the nasal passages, allowing the ear fluid to drain. Hope this helps!

Possible Congestion: What you describe sounds like congestion in the ear. It could also be a shift in pressure in the middle ear that makes it seem like temporary hearing loss. It is worth having your doctor check the ear for blockages or other issues causing your symptoms.
