diagnosed from swab with vaginitis with a bacteria starting with strep. why would i have to use thrush treatments & antibiotics? both haven't worked.

Depends: Its possible the clinician was concerned of hidden yeast infection or the new antibiotics causing a yeast infection. If you've completed both treatments with no resolution, another follow up visit is indicated with this provider. Good luck.
