Here are some ...: At one wk after vasectomy, the combo of time + patience is still the most reasonable thing to follow with judicious use of pain med and scrotal support as long as the ache/pain is slowly but surely getting better day by day. But if still unbearable or worsening, seek pro-evaluation timely although uncommon severe vasectomy-related hematoma is extremely rare but does happen. Yet, its care is same..
