My mri came out okay so why all these constant headaches? do sinus issues show up on mri's? what type of stuff could be going on that wont show up on an mri and do i need other tests and if so which ones? im seeing my doctor in dec, so why is it norm?

Many types: There are different types of headaches that we know about. (And likely some we don't). Sinus issues can cause headaches and would likely show up on MRI. MRI also rules out more sinister causes like brain tumors. Still, tension headaches, migraines, cluster headaches etc. are other types that often don't show specific signs on MRI. A specialist, such as a neurologist, can often help.
