Yes, : Yes, you must be seen by a physician for this immediately. It sounds like an infectious area, possibly MRSA (methicillin resistant staph aureus) but there are other possibilities. Please see your doctor as this must be evaluated and treated. If you have increased pain, fever, redness, or feel flu-like then you must go to the er.
