Blister beetle?: You do not indicate where you live. The blister beetle is mostly in southeast, especially Texas. It may be walking on you while you sleep. If this tickles, you brush it off without waking. The insect then secretes a defensive juice called cantheradin which causes clear blisters. There is nothing to do but wait for it to heal.
