On track: You should gain 2-4 lbs during first 3 months and a pound a week thereafter. 4+12=16 so pretty close. Eat healthy with lots of fruits and vegetables and ample protein. Exercise by walking, cycling or swimming. Yoga works too. Good luck. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!
