A member asked:

How much weight in pounds should you normally gain by 22 weeks of pregnancy?

Depends: The recommended weight gain depends in large part on your pre-pregnancy weight. Less weight is recommended if you were obese prior to pregnancy. Overall an average of 25-30 pounds is recommended for the whole pregnancy. Remember the baby gains most of its weight in the last 6 weeks or so. Hope this is helpful.
