Healthy habits...: You fall in an overweight range, your ideal weight would be between 150-194 lbs(68-88 kgs),no more nor less. If you are not very active this may cause symptoms of tiredness and fatigue unless you suffer of any illnesses that can give you these symptoms.If you are otherwise healthy start a routine of exercise 15 mins most days of the week with a target of 45 mins each day. Eat fruits and vegetables
