R-sided HA: Is your BP controlled? Make sure your systolic is at least less than 150, better less than 140. Most pharmacies have BP machines available. May also be sinus related. Any fever? You are a bit young for temporal arteritis. The frontal sinuse sit above the eyebrows. If you tap the area, it will cause pain. Please seek medical help for pain control and possible antibiotics. ER if worst of your life

Stabbing pain: you don't mention whether or not you have had a rash or little blisters in the area. Pain on one side with increased sensitivity to touch could be shingles. If it is shingles you may need to see an eye doctor as well. I would recommend that you see a doctor to have it evaluated. Take care.
