Have sharp stabbing pains on the right side of my head above my temple. my skin hurts to touch as well as my hair. this is been going on for two day?

Frequently Shingles can start like this with a hypersensitivity of the skin or pain without anything else. If clinical suspicion is high for this, treatment needs to be started early to prevent it from progressing. I do think you should see a physician as soon as possible.

Possible nerve pain: Your pain sounds like nerves may be involved/ inflamed. That is a common area to have a nerve get inflamed and cause pain along it course. Also a common place to see shingles which also involves nerves. I have also seen Bell's Palsy be preceded by these types of SX. A more detailed consultation could help determine cause.
