Hello! Sometimes when I (F23) go for a run I hear this clicking type of voice. It almost seems like its coming from the back of my head. What this could be? I have quite a lot of neck muscle pain because of office job and also seasonal allergies?
When I am in a very quiet place, literally no noice and I turn my head to left and right. I can hear a shaving noise in my neck. I do experience tingling sensations in my fingers sometime or like a muscle pain.
