Sounds like: Your problem isn't infectious. You will need an evaluation for the other causes of bladder irritation, and this would be best done by a urogynecologist. You should be sure to be tested for sexually transmitted infection if you are sexually active, and most likely you will need a pelvic ultrasound and cystoscopy. There are medications and lifestyle changes that can help as well. Call MD 4 referral.
