3 month old tenses up and cries when i hold him while walking, bouncing or slowly push him in a swing. he's never experienced anything tramatic.

Exam: If he seems overly fussy with movement, please bring him in for an exam by his pediatrician. She will carefully do an exam and see if there are any areas of concern, checking ears, etc. Check his hands and feet to be sure a small hair isn't cutting off blood supply and undress him fully to be sure clothes/diapers aren't restrictive.
