If my 11 month old toddler started walking, and has stopped for no obvious reason, for more than three days. should i contact my pediatrician? or how long should i wait before contacting the pediatrician?

The most likely cause is a bruise or some other small injury. Nonetheless, I recommend not waiting at all and calling the doctor who knows your child and your family well.

An evaluation, including a hip exam is recommended. Was there a fall or injury? Watch for signs of redness and swelling. Does he stand with assistance and is he able to weight bear? He may start walking again spontaneously if well.
