No: These are diabetes markers and, in the absence of diabetes, mean nothing whatsoever about candy consumption. I'm sorry that you may have gotten bad information. Keeping yourself diabetes-free as an adult, whatever your heredity, has much more to do with generally sensible eating than avoiding refined sugar, and even more with physical fitness. Best wishes.
