Different types....: Spontaneous bruising in various parts of body, esp area not prone to getting hit, like the shins, that are over 2cm. Blood in urine. Blood in stool (they may turn black). Excessively bleeding gums, frequent nose bleed to large ones. These are signs and symptoms. As far as some causes of problems of abnormal bleeding or clotting (coagulopathy), see prior answer on this topic.
