My pupil is bigger on the side i suffer migraines. however er doctor said they're normal and reactive despite size difference. why bigger?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It can be normal: Anisocoria is unequal pupil size. The pupil is the black part in the center of the eye. It gets larger in dim light and smaller in bright light.
