Possibly migraine: This could be possibly a migraine or migraine variant. Do you get associated headaches? How long do the symptoms last. I would recommend second opinion if you are not comfortable with your first assessment. Could be hormone related (not just female / male hormones) or possibly tumor (I doubt it though).
