Dangerous idea!: To lose 15 kg in 40 days you would have to lose over 1 kg EVERY 4 days. I'm not sure someone in a starvation camp would even do this! Presuming you are 15 kg overweight now & you exercise off 750 cal/day, eating 1000 calories/day (not recommended) would result in a calorie deficit of 1750 calories/day. At 7700 cal/kg, it would take 4+ days to lose each kg--66 days. Doubt possible in 40 days;UNSAFE
