It's possible: Sorry to hear of your diagnosis of tuberculosis. TB can involve almost any organ in the body, including the genital tract, and could cause such a discharge. Genital TB is quite uncommon, and there may be another explanation for your discharge. But for sure discuss it with the doctor or clinic managing your TB. They will probably arrange for a gynecology referral for further evaluation.

Not likely: This would not be a common symptom of TB in the female genital tract. This is more likely to be a fungal ( candidal ) infection - probably related to medications you have been taking.
