Bruise: An active 7 year old boy may easily have injured himself without remembering the incident. If he does not develop other bruises and has no other symptoms or signs of bleeding abnormalities, would advise just watching and waiting. However, if you have any doubts, see a pediatrician. Always better safe than sorry. Hope he is better soon.
