Need a consultation: a radial head fracture with wrist pain can be a more significant injury. You need an X-ray of the wrist and elbow. If the radial head is depressed it shortens the radius leading to wrist pain. You might need surgery on the radial head. Until then keep moving but wear a sling.

Radial head treated: most with elbow in a sling typically for a short time followed by range of motion. Pain in the wrist may suggest additional injury. of ligaments or other structures in the wrist or distal forearm.or elbow Check with your treating doctor. If things are otherwise ok and you are stiff, at times therapy is needed so elbow motion returns. Most common radial fx gives residual elbow stiffness.
