Yes: Constipation is a common side effect of calcium supplementation, so decrease or temporarily stop the calcium to see if the problem clears up. Duoloxetine can cause gastrointestinal side effects, but you should not just stop it because you could get withdrawal symptoms and feel badly. Talk to your doctor about any changes in bowel habits that do not completely clear up.
