Too many calories: If you are not losing weight, then you are still eating enough to satisfy the body's energy needs. Every person's metabolism is unique. Keep cutting back on portion sizes and eating frequency and eventually the body will be forced to burn fat to survive. There are no shortcuts. This is the only way to lose weight and it always works. It may seem like you're not eating much, but scale doesn't lie.
