Probably not: By a distended bladder I take it they are referring to the urinary bladder. Phleboliths are literally vein stones, and represent calcification within venous structures. They are particularly common in the pelvis. These are benign incidental findings on x-rays and CT scans.

No: Papillary thyroid cancer if removed and treated by an endocrinologis tis of no concern. Pelvic phleboliths are common. As far as the bladder issue you may want to discuss with your doctor
