Focus on hyperemia: Adnexa=area of ovaries, Hyperemia=increased blood flow. Assuming nothing else was mentioned this is likely a normal finding. Despite advances in CT technology, I still believe an ultrasound is the best way to examine the adnexa and bladder. "Bladder not well distended" just means you went to the bathroom before the scan. It is normal.

On a CT says phleboliths in pelvic and contracted bladder... But i want to know more what is contracted urinary bladder? Does this need to be check?
Had CT of pelvis and Abdomen- does that include bladder where the report says "urinary tract" ?
