Low fat diet: You do not have to remove your gallbladder if you don't have any pain or other symptoms. Although you cannot reverse gallstones you can help prevent a gallbladder attack with pain etc in the future by eating a healthy low fat diet and maintain a healthy weight.

Need more info: The presence of gallstones by themselves does not necessitate the removal of the gallbladder. Once the gallstones start being symptomatic, it is just a matter of time for the GB attacks to become more frequent and more severe. You could try a healthy diet, avoiding fatty foods, cholesterol, losing weight, and exercise. Condiser surgery if the symptoms continue or worsen. No other successful option
