Used marijuana for the first time and ten days later was called for urinalysis. i took niacin and goldenseal daily. also worked out 3x. did i pass?

How would I know?: Single use of cannabis rarely will show up past 2-4 days on most commonly used screening tests, so I don't think the goldenseal or the niacin made any difference (there is little to no proof that they work). Working out also doesn't have any detectable influence. Whether your test was positive or not is more related to HOW MUCH marijuana you smoked, and the percentage of THC in that marijuana.
