Infection: The pain in your left inguinal area suggests inflamed lymph nodes. The frequency of urination suggests a bladder infection but a prostate infection is more likely as this would be the more common in a male. You should see your physician and have your urine and prostate checked and you should be checked for sexually transmitted disease. Do this ASAP and refrain from sex until results are known.
