Might be bladder inf: Bladder infections are common in women and often cause frequent urination which also burns and hurts. A visit to your doctor for urinalysis would be the best solution. You may need to take antibiotics but your doctor can help you to do the needful.

Possible stone: While one cannot be certain without additional tests, your symptoms are quite suggestive of passing a kidney stone. Stones moving down the ureter classically refer pain down to the groin and even into the genitalia. While other conditions are possible, see your doctor to rule out a stone as the most likely cause of your symptoms.
