On some nights i have sweats. when i wake up i'm so unsure if its urine or just sweat. am i bedwetting? i usually sweat in the groin region.

Urine smells: Well, urine has an odor that should be distinguishable from sweat. Also it is yellow. And sweating in just the groin area would be unusual.

Smell is different: You should be able tell one small from the other. Your sheets and matress covers would probably be soaked if the wetness is from bedwetting.

Unclear: Try wearing an adult incontinence device at night. If that is the only thing wet, you are likely having incontinence. The fluid in the diaper could also be tested for creatinine to confirm this.
