Need more info: its near impossible to diagnose what you have without a proper examination X-rays, and possibly a CT or MRI of the spine. This sounds traumatic, but the severity of the trauma to the vertebrae, discs, and spinal cord cannot be evaluated without more information. Go see an ortho-spine doc ASAP
