A member asked:

Period like cramps, lower back pain. 3-4 tiny red bumps in middle of spine that hurt if i touch. what could this be? bumps are 2-3 days old.

Shingles?: The red bumps should be examined in person. Without a picture or face to face exam it will be difficult. However shingles might explain these symptoms. Have your doctor take a look at these rashes and your back pain. Good luck

Consider shingles: Painful red bumps in a small group should be considered shingles unless proven otherwise. See your doctor for proper evaluation and treatment.
