16 April 2014??: Measurement of CRL (crown rump length) of the embryo/fetus during the first trimester is considered the best indicator of duration of growth of the fetus. Assuming that the CRL was consistent with 6 weeks on May 14th, 2014, the conception date is most likely April 16th, since ultrasound dating uses first day of last period as day 0 to date the pregnancy.
