"Severe pain during periods" may occur with endometriosis, which can cause obstruction to Fallopian tubes via adhesion formation. Diagnosis of pelvic endometriosis is done by laparoscopy or just clinical symptoms. A uterine condition of invasion of endometrial tissue (adenomyosis) can cause fertility issues as well. Ask for a referral to a fertility MD for treatment recommendations.
