Yes: Your medical doctor can refill your prescription when your medication runs out. Plan ahead and call for a refill before you run out so that you don't suddenly stop as this medication can have some unwanted side effects when you stop abruptly.

Pharmacists refill: but doctors prescribe first. If you run out, check with your pharmacist to see if your doctor OK'ed some number of refills. If not, you'll have to visit your doc again.
