A member asked:

I got a +1.8 t score heel bmd test. i'm a 42y/o female with history of ank spondilitis (hlab27+). is a high result good for me given my as history?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Maybe: a high heel score is better than a low one BUT heel studies do not mean too much / if you had a low score it would mean that you are a candidate for a full DEXA test but not for you now check your vit D level and discuss this all with your physician
