That's a long reach: Multiple myeloma would likely show 'holes' in bones on x-ray.Spondylitis is inflamation of vertebral jts which has nothing to do with myeloma.Pain in hip/leg can have many causes: nerve inflammation, piriformis syndrome, vertebral malfunction causing sciatica, SI ligament laxity, herniated disc, etc.A good history & phys.incl osteopathic hands-on exam may provide some answers.Manipulation may help
