On 7/9/2014 i got a dark sun tan its got better a little then it didnt go away till now24/10/2014 i want to get rid of it what should i use ?

Sun Tan: there is no safe sun tan, you have actually damaged your skin cells and they have responded by making more melanin. It won't go away until those cells die. The best thing to do is use sunscreen so that it never happens. A Dermatologist can help with lasers and other products.
