Ulnar nerve: Compression of the ulnar nerve can cause numbness, tingling or pain in the 4th and 5th fingers. Entrapment can occur in many places along it's path from the neck to the wrist, but most commonly in the elbow (cubital tunnel syndrome). It is possible to have elements of both carpal and cubital tunnel syndromes.
