3 days ago I felt a sharp pain on my elbow when over-extended, I then went to sleep. For 2 days Ive been feeling numbness and tingling when lying down, even numb&pain radiating to my pinky and ring finger. What should I do, will it go away by itself?
I want to know why my left arm has a tingling feeling and goes numb even with 3 fingers only and gets weak too, I rest it and gets better?

I have symptoms of cubital tunnel syndrome (numbness and tingling of pinky and ring finger anytime I lean on my arm at all or hold my phone for a while) but they dont reproduce with tests such as the elbow flexion test. Could it be something else?
6 month soreness rt shoulder, upper arm; numb/tingling /cold fingers; neck soreness less so.Hist rheumatoid, not carpal tunnel?
