Tennis elbow: The most common cause of elbow pain i see is tennis elbow which is a tendinitis on the outside part of the elbow. The pain can be treated with injections of cortisone.

3 days ago I felt a sharp pain on my elbow when over-extended, I then went to sleep. For 2 days Ive been feeling numbness and tingling when lying down, even numb&pain radiating to my pinky and ring finger. What should I do, will it go away by itself?
I have symptoms of cubital tunnel syndrome (numbness and tingling of pinky and ring finger anytime I lean on my arm at all or hold my phone for a while) but they dont reproduce with tests such as the elbow flexion test. Could it be something else?

I had an X-ray of wrist, elbow and forearm 9 days after injury and no evidence of fracture. I have tingling numbness and swelling in fingers and can move them but not bend or grasp fully without pain. Could it be a hand fracture or a sress fracture?
