Urologist: Hi. Pain and masses in the testicles needs to be evaluated sooner than later. Please see a urologist for ultrasound and, if indicated, biopsy. Please don't postpone. Good luck!

Go to doctor now: The incidence of testicular cancer is highest for boys & men between the ages of 17-35. As such, that must be ruled out additionally, spermatoceles (swollen epididymis) and varicoceles (swollen blood vessel) can be painful and treated as well. You need to get an ultrasound of your scrotum/testicles immediately.
