Would you recommend me to stop taking in multivitamins? i eat a *lot* of fruits and vegetables like kale and broccoli everyday.

Vitamins: A good multivitamin is a good idea. It's like an insurance policy for when we don't eat right, don't sleep well, or are especially stressed. Go to a good store or get some guidance because the popular brands are typically very week and not helpful. The dose (read label and check that half or more of the ingredients are several 100 per cent above RDA. Dose more important than a long list.

Debatable: There is much debate in the medical community regarding the use of multivitamins. While many hold the opinion that they are not needed in people with healthy diets, others advocate their use. Lifestyle choices and increased metabolic demands with illness or activity can increase vitamin requirements. Vitas from whole foods are safe to use in recommended amounts for most people at any given time
